Note: When ordering a Cupola, knowing the pitch of your roof is helpful (i.e. 7/12 , 12/12 etc.) An extended base may need to be purchased if you have an overly steep pitch, such as a 12/12 pitch.

Average Cupola Delivery Time: 1-3 Weeks Most weathervanes can be shipped UPS or FedEx Ground, except for a few of the larger-sized vanes, which are shipped via freight truck. We can ship cupola sizes 14" thru 30" UPS or FedEx Ground. 30" Vinyl Cupolas and 36"-60" Wood Cupolas are shipped via freight truck. The Freight Carrier will call to set up a drop off time, usually 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. These orders are usually heavy and large. It is up to you to be prepared to unload the delivery. The delivery is curbside, meaning it is up to you to unload the delivery. If you are unable to unload the delivery, a lift gate can be purchased by you through the carrier before delivery for an additional charge. Freight Claims & DamagesAll freight damages must be reported to the driver at the time of delivery and must be reported to us at that time also. Inspect the package thoroughly! Even if the box looks fine, open it and look it over! If you sign for the package it is at that time yours. If damages are found after signing off with the driver we are unable to put in a claim. You are responsible after you sign off on the package.
Fed Ex and UPS Ground DamagesDamages must be reported to us within 24-48 hours. We will re-ship a replacement and have the damaged product picked up in a timely manner. Inspect your product immediately upon receipt. If we are not notified within 24-48 hours, no replacement can be made. The product(s) must be in the original packaging. Failure to follow this procedure voids all future product issues and warranties. Please call us at (888)408-5244 to arrange the details.
